Westminster Abbey
Finally! Westminster Abbey! This church is truly special. For one, it's been over a thousand years old and still standing (i.e. in use). Secondly, it's been London's coronation since 1066. Thirdly, it's been the setting of many great national events over the centuries (think Princess Diana funeral) and finally, it's the house of the kings! This Abbey is renowned as the burial and memorial place of kings and queens, notable figures like writers, musicians, politicians and even scientists. Again, there was an audio guide and photos were not allowed. Tho full of tourists, this place is somewhat serene and peaceful. At certain parts, it was kinda creepy like how in certain 'rooms', there were statues lying on raised altars. These statues have faces that were apparently made by face masks that resembles their actual faces! And beneath these statues, lie their bodies! Scary!
